THE AGENDA
Day 1: Opening Gathering
Arrive to Patty's home where you'll be welcomed by the Retreat team and enjoy heavy appetizers and drinks while you connect with others in attendance for the weekend retreat.
You'll also be greeted with a welcome gift. We can't wait to see you on opening night!
Day 2: Tapping Into Your Intuition
Clarity into the new year! This day will be all about identifying what you want out of your business and life in 2022. There will be time for hot seats, small group masterminds, coaching for you to gain support in what you envision for yourself. This is the space to dream big, have confidence, and put it all on the table.
Day 3: Take Action
Intentional Goal Setting
It's one thing to say it and another to have it come to life. Through intentional goal setting you'll break down the action steps needed to achieve your goals, while removing limiting beliefs and having the confidence to go for it!
Day 4: Send Off's and Intentions
On our final day together we'll share our commitments and send one another off through an energetic program filled with support and empowerment to accomplish our goals in 2022.

We start on Thursday evening with a kick-off event where we'll welcome you with gifts and enjoy a beautiful connection event.
Followed by three relaxing days of connection & growth.
Clarity, Goal Setting and Reflection
Dedicated time will be spent identifying what you truly want out of your life/business in the upcoming year. You'll have time in the hot seat and masterminds to gain support and guidance.
Fabulous Healthy Food and Drinks!
Premium food brought in by local Nashville eateries and prepared by an in-house chef! Breakfast and lunch is to be provided daily, plus one dinner.

A very special moment in your time together will be accompanied by. asound bath and beautiful meditation.
This will set the stage for the rest of the weekend to rid the negative energy, manage anxiety, soothe the nervous system and open up our minds to ideas and thoughts.

Darlene is the President of Adsource Media, Inc/am3 adsource, an award-winning, WBENC certified marketing and branding agency headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Darlene will lead us through a powerful Goal Setting workshop that will breakthrough limiting beliefs and allow you to dream bigger than you ever thought possible.

The venue is Patty’s personal home in Nashville, TN. Large enough for a group gathering with several quaint spots for one on one and small group discussion.
As a group of focused individuals striving together toward common business goals, you’ll feel a part of this tight-knit community right away! There’s something magical about being in a room together!
